Mission Shores is a lakeside residential community with many amenities and low Home Owner Association dues in Rancho Mirage, California.

There are 214 homes here and the first were built in 2004. Neighborhood houses were completed in 2010. There are three separate collections which give homeowners many style choices. Amenities in many of the homes include spacious master bath with large soaking tub, walk-in closets, fireplaces, wet bar with refrigerator, separate laundry room, and large viewing windows. The gourmet kitchens have slab granite counters, lots of cabinet space, and stainless steel appliances with large islands. The backyards offer spectacular views of the lake and desert landscape. Public schools that represent this area include Cathedral City Elementary, Nellie N. Coffman Middle School, and Cathedral City High School.

Residents enjoy social and dining memberships at the Mission Hills Country Club with pool and fitness center options. HOA fees also include: reserve funding; common areas like water and electric; security patrol; lake maintenance and cleaning; front yard and lakefront landscaping; and street maintenance.

Mission Hills Country Club is considered one of the most prestigious resorts in the region. With 54 holes of world-class golf it has something for players of all skill levels. This club features three championship courses including the Dinah Shore Tournament Course. And Mission Hills has earned the title of No. 1 Private Golf Course in the Coachella Valley several times.

The Mission Hills Tennis Club is considered one of the best facilities in the world by the USTA, ITF, and ATP Tour Professionals. It features 34 courts including 20 hard courts, 10 grass courts, and 4 clay courts. Mission Hills has hosted several adult events like the USTA Senior National Championship, which has over 700 entrants each year. The Davis Cup was also hosted twice at this resort.

Mission Hills offers several dining options including the Main Dining Room, the Café at the Spa & Sports Center, the Fifty-Fifth, and The Member’s Lounge which offers casual dining and cocktails.
